Real Reindeer at the farm

Arriving on the 1st December

Reindeers Arrive

We can’t wait to welcome 2 of Father Christmas’ Reindeer to the farm on the 1st December. As Father Christmas is so busy at this time of year, he’s asked us to take care of a couple of his Reindeer whilst he’s busy getting organised for his big night. The Reindeer will be here throughout December and there will be a small gate charge to enter our open farm during their stay.

We are open 9am – 5pm everyday throughout winter, closing at 3pm on Christmas eve and re-opening at 9am on the 28th December. We will also be closed from 4pm on New Years Eve and re-open at 9am on the 2nd January 2018.

**Please be aware that we do not hire out our Reindeer for any special events.

Please could you advise how much the gate charge will be ?

    Per adult and per child

    Kind regards

    • Old Holly Farm says:

Hi Lisa, it will be 50p per person (under 1s free) to enter our farm during their stay. This will also apply to our playbarn visitors. Kind regards, Alison

  • Julie says:

Please can you tell me if we have to book to visit to see the reindeers even if we are visiting the play barn .

    • Old Holly Farm says:

Hi Julie, there is no need to book as the reindeer will be in our courtyard with our other animals. Entry will be via the farm shop as normal and you will also be able to pay for your playbarn entry there too. Kind regards, Alison

  • Carla says:

    can we feed the reindeers?

    • Old Holly Farm says:

Thanks for your message. Father Christmas has dropped off some special feed for the reindeer to make sure they are in tip top condition for the big night, and we’re under strict instructions to make sure they get just the right amount so unfortunately visitors are not able to feed the reindeer. You can still feed the calves, which is 50p per bag. Kind regards, Alison

  • Amanda says:

Hi are your reindeer here tomorrow 23rd December. X
