C O V I D Update
As continue to trade through the these tricky times, here’s a breakdown of our new normal from 2nd December 2020
C O V I D Update
As we reopen following lockdown, there will now be a charge to enter our farm. This ticket also include a free hot drink or ice cream (T&Cs apply). Full details can be found here >>
We are committed to keeping you and our team safe, so we are limiting the number of groups we have on site and also making sure we follow our duty to track and trace all visitors to the farm.
Please note: we work incredibly hard to protect the small entry ticket to the open farm, and remind customers that only food and drink bought on site is consumed on site. This includes the car-park, animal paddocks and outside play area, and all year round. We will politely ask anyone with their own food and drink to put it away. This policy is in place all year round.
Parking: FREE all year round
As part of Tier 3 restrictions the Softplay remains CLOSED.
As a family run business we work hard to protect the small entry fee to our open farm and offer free parking, so whilst you are with us we ask that only food and drink purchased on our premises is consumed here (this includes the car park).
We are more than happy to heat baby food, please ask one of the team during your visit.
No, our car parking is free. There are 5 disabled spaces at the Shop entrance. Please park considerately.
Small dogs are allowed to visit our farm provided they are on a lead at all times, and do not come into contact with any of our animals. Dogs are welcome in our outside seating area (where you can order from the Cafe), but are not allowed in any of our buildings (including the calf shed) and must remain outside at all times. The only exception being guide dogs.
No, we are not looking for anyone to join our team at the moment. You can still send in your CV to [email protected], and we’ll keep it on file for 6 months to be considered for any future vacancies.
Watch our social media pages and website for details of any openings.
Yes, please contact us before your visit or ask us when you want to order. We will do our best to meet your requirements if possible. Please speak to one of the team if you have any allergies before you order.
Yes, it is proved that visiting a farm attraction can be a fun and educational day out for all the family. There is lots of information on our SAFETY page on how to keep safe whilst visiting a farm.
No, hand gels are not enough, you must use the running water facilities before eating, touching your face or leaving the farm.
There is no age limit, but a height limit. The maximum height is 144cm.
Children remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian whilst at play at all times on the farm. If you feel a child is behaving inappropriately, or putting others at risk through their play then please speak to a member of our team and we will do our best to support both parties.
Smoking is permitted in the car park only. Smoking is not permitted in the calf shed, outside play area or in the inner courtyard.
Please make sure you use the bins provided when getting rid of butts / rubbish. Litter can endanger our animals – please behave responsibly.
The ground level of the Playbarn is designed especially for 0-3years.
